The Handbook contains five fictional case studies: R v Lenny Wise (Case Study 1), R v William Hardy (Case Study 2), and R v Roger Martin (Case Study 3), Peter West: Police Station Case Study (Case Study 4) and R v Nicholas Jones (Case Study 5).

Video scenarios of all five cases are available under Video case studies.

Provided here is the documentation you would expect to find on the file of the solicitor dealing with all case studies.  Please note that the Legal Aid Agency forms within the case studies are provided under Crown Copyright [April 2013].
