Correction: In section 35.2.2, referring to conspiracy to commit misconduct in public office, we mention former News of the World and Sun journalist Ryan Sabey and Sun crime reporter Anthony France, saying they were  convicted of  conspiracy to commit the offence. Both men were in fact convicted of aiding and abetting the offence, for, as the Court of Appeal described it when quashing the convictions, having encouraged their sources, a solider and a police officer respectively, to commit misconduct by paying them for stories
