The only way to understand any given right is to examine the current international view thereon. It is imperative therefore to look at international and regional human rights reports submitted by States, individual communications and the associated views thereon of the bodies concerned. - Professor Bayefsky's website. Increasingly out of date, but still popular for its search functionality. Contains solely UN materials but has a comprehensive search facility allowing searches by themes and subject matter.
