• The Scottish Government (Justice Directorate and Justice Social Work statistics)
• The Probation Board for Northern Ireland
• Information about developments in Europe can be found at CEP Probation. See in particular the ‘Knowledge Base’ area of this website, which links to descriptions of probation services in most European countries. A good source for locating independent and often critical material is the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies.
