Overview

This activity takes you to the video library of the global software company JDA, which specialises in supply chain management solutions.  It includes a series of interviews with managers from different industry sectors talking about the SCM issues they face and how JDA has helped to resolve these.

Activity Description

Visit JDA’s video library and click on any three of “JDA’s Customer Success Stories.

Consider the following questions:

  1. What issues do these companies face in managing their supply chain?
  2. What kinds of ‘solution’ do JDA provide?
