Overview

Google and Zappos are both ‘modern’ companies with strong organisational cultures, which are very different to each other.

Activity Description

Go to the websites and consider the following questions:

  • What are the employees like (in terms of gender, age, nationality, etc.)?
  • What do the employees say about the nature of the work they do?
  • What do the employees say about working for this organisation?
  • How similar are their comments from one company to the other?
