Evaluating the servicescape
Overview
This activity will enable you to evaluate servicescapes in a variety of different service operations
Activity Description
Make a video using your smart phone of the servicescape in a business near where you study or live. Make sure you ask the operator’s permission to do this! Two examples of videos made by students are provided in the links below – one is of a fast food store, and the other is of a golf course. Post your video on YouTube and then compare and contrast this with others posted there. (Do not spend too much time selecting the sound track for your video!).
