Overview

This activity is centred around the video library of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and their series of short videos which they call ‘Manufacturing Insights’.

Activity Description

From the menu of videos, select three that have ‘lean’ in the title.  Consider the following questions:

  • What key issues are identified in these videos?
  • What are the benefits of lean identified by the commentators in these videos?
