Your firm is thinking of preparing some new marketing materials to try to attract new conveyancing clients from the residential property market. Your supervising partner has asked you to consider how to explain the steps in a conveyancing transaction in a simple and clear way for a lay person to appreciate what must be done by a solicitor in an ordinary residential transaction.
