We act for Shilpa Jennings ('Shilpa') who is selling 19 Minster Yard Blakey for ?100,000 and Shilpa and Daniel Rodriguez ('Daniel') who are buying 9 Castle Hill Blakey for ?200,000. The Standard Conditions of Sale, 5th edn, are adopted in both contracts.
Based on the agreed terms in the contract for 9 Castle Hill we have drafted the purchase deed on Land Registry Form TR1. We will send this draft in duplicate to the seller's solicitors for approval together with a Completion information and requisitions on title form for 9 Castle Hill (the form can be viewed on the Law Society website at www.lawsociety.org.uk/advice/documents/ta13-form-specimen/?).
