1. Search for information concerning the congressional caucuses that are specific to racial and ethnic minorities to get a sense of who the members are and what the caucuses deem to be the interests of their groups (and more specifically, how they represent those interests).

2. Search for information concerning agenda-setting of racial and ethnic minority members of Congress (MCs) in the context of policies specific to various racial and ethnic minority communities. Examine the degree to which these MCs are likely to support one another’s bills.

3. Search the websites of the racial and ethnic minority group caucuses in the U.S. Congress and examine the issues they support.

4. Search for more information on the responsiveness of members of Congress (MCs) to the interests of various racial and ethnic minority groups, and examine whether there is increasing or decreasing representation of these interests in Congress.
