    In this panoramic interactive, presented by the Guardian, photojournalist Martin Edström presents a tour of Nyamata church. Thousands were killed here 20 years ago as they sought sanctuary; now the place serves as a memorial to the genocide. The Rwandan genocide was one of the worst examples of mass murder in history, described as killing “on an industrial scale.” It was a brutal period where 800,000 people were ruthlessly killed.
