This is a good short summary video which wholistically touches on the current state of the British political system. It interestingly makes the point that Brexit has not caused the increasing turbulence seen today. These cracks were already there within the political system. Brexit simply revealed them.

He talks about our constitution not being respected due to its ever-changing nature. He attributes much of the political turbulence seen today to this lack of respect for a constitution.
