Introduction Audio podcast

Hello, and welcome to my podcast on International Law. My name is Anders Henriksen and I'm the author of the textbook International Law, published by Oxford University Press. This May 2021,the third edition of my book will be out from the press, and I've prepared this series of podcasts to supplement the book. However, you can listen to the podcasts and hopefully get something out of it without having to buy my book. Now, there are, of course, many ways to do a podcast on a topic like internationallaw. And the approach I have chosen is pretty simple.For each chapter in my book, there is a corresponding episode of the podcast. So, episode one of the podcast corresponds with chapter one in the book, and so on and so forth. I've tried to ensure that the individual episodes are not too long, and they generally last somewhere from around 10 to 15 minutes. I've structured each episode of the podcast the same way. So, for each topic, I've chosen three concrete points, or three concrete issues, that I focus on in that particular episode. In most cases, the issues I've chosen are those that I find most relevant when trying to understand the particular topic at hand. I hope you enjoy my podcasts.
