In this Professor Alex Edmans (Professor of Finance at London Business School and Director of the Centre for Corporate Governance) argues that there is no trade-off between companies pursuing long-term purpose and profit. In other words caring for employees, customers, the environment and other stakeholders leads to increased profit.
