  • Apply the term “racial ideologies” in meaningful ways to observations and descriptions of racism.
  • Explain racial formation and its strengths and weaknesses as a theory.
  • Name and define settler colonialism and the three pillars of white supremacy.
  • Give examples that show how intersectionality elucidates the dynamics of oppression.
