Conflict and Critical Theories of Crime
The FBI needs employees who have a wide range of skills. One of the most difficult issues for the FBI is to get employees with different skills to work together. This video highlights the FBI's efforts to get those who are employed as special agents to understand and work with those who are employed as intelligence analysts. This cross-training is intended to facilitate the smooth functioning of the FBI’s mission of detecting and handling crime.
