A challenges of maintaining security in the United States is to do so while protecting the privacy of citizens. As the technology of drones becomes more widespread, so too does the issue of privacy. As with many types of technology, laws governing the use of drones are not able to keep up with the social problems that drones entail. This video highlights an early CIA drone program that was developed but never implemented.
