• The report that led to the changes in Order 53 to the judicial review procedure, creating a single simpler 'application for judicial review' (in place of diverse forms of application for different prerogative remedies), allowing declarations and injunctions to be given in the same proceedings, and creating a single requirement of a 'sufficient interest' for standing.
