The Handbook contains two fictional case studies: R v Lenny Wise (Case Study 1) and R v Roger Martin (Case Study 3), and this Online Resource Centre contains a further three web-based only case studies: R v William Hardy (Case Study 2), Peter West: Police Station Case Study Role-Play (Case Study 4) and R v Nicholas West (Case Study 5).
Video scenarios for four of the cases are available here. The documentation to accompany cases 1-3 is in under the Case study documentation of the site, and the documentation to accompany cases 4-5 is in the lecturer area of the site. Case study 4 (Peter West: Police Station Case Study) is a role-play activity, which lecturers may wish to hold during a tutorial session. Similarly, Lecturers may wish to use case study 5 (R v Nicholas Jones) during teaching sessions.
