The Morality of Reparation
- Are there any objections to the case for reparation that Boxill does not consider? If so, what are they? Are any of these objections convincing in your view? Why or why not?
- Some object to Boxill’s claim that individual white people are liable to make reparation to the black community because present-day white Americans are not to blame for the injustices of slavery. How does Boxill respond to this objection? Is his response compelling in your view? Why or why not?
