Activity description
Go to the website and select an economy to get more insight into the ease of doing business in that country. The Ease of Doing Business Index provides measures of business regulations for local firms in the majority of countries in the world.

Consider

  • What is the overall ranking of the selected country?
  • Which indicators are reflecting the worst and best rankings for the country?
  • What are the potential risks based on the overall score and the individual rankings?
  • In what way could a firm’s entry decision be affected if the ranking on the indicator of Enforcing Contracts is low?
