United Nations: World Statistics Pocketbook

The World Statistics Pocketbook is an annual compilation of key economic, social and environmental indicators, presented in one-page profiles and selected from the wealth of international statistical information compiled regularly by the Statistics Division and the Population Division of the United Nations, the statistical services of the United Nations specialized agencies and other international organizations and institutions.
The World Statistics Pocketbook 2017 edition (Series V, No. 41) is the forty-first in a series of annual compilations of key statistical indicators prepared by the United Nations Statistics Division of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Over 50 indicators have been collected from more than 20 international statistical sources and are presented in one-page profiles for 30 world geographical regions and over 200 countries or areas of the world.

The World Employment and Social Outlook - Trends is a flagship publication by the International Labour Organization (ILO) that examines the latest statistics and projections on several indicators of the labour market. The ILO also provides country level data on Key Indicators of the Labour Market (KILM) covering topics such as employment, unemployment, earnings and labour cost, labour productivity, health and safety at work, and industrial relations.

International Monetary Fund: World Economic Outlook Database

The World Economic Outlook (WEO) database of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) contains data on national accounts, inflation, unemployment rates, balance of payments, fiscal indicators, trade for countries and country groups (aggregates), and commodity prices. Data are available from 1980 to the present, and projections are given for the next two years. Additionally, medium-term projections are available for selected indicators. This means that this database can be helpful for understanding future economic trends based on the analysis and projections of IMF staff.
