  1. The document is full of leasehold covenants! I am sure you spotted lots.
  2. There are leasehold covenants here relating to the payment of rent; the consequences of not paying rent and the requirement for the tenant to pay all utilities to name but a few.
  3. There are many leaseholds covenants here relating to non-money matters. Key among them: covenant against sub-letting or assignment; damage to the property by the tenant (as a ground for terminating the lease); covenant to keep the property in good repair; not to engage in any illegal trade or activity; that the tenant must obtain the landlord’s consent before making alterations to the property (as listed in the agreement).
