Understand the difference between “normative” and “nonnormative” ethics, and describe the different types of each.
Describe the concept of “common morality” and how it relates to particular and professional moralities.
Understand what conditions constitute a “moral dilemma” and how such conditions differ from a “practical dilemma.”
Be able to list and describe the four moral principles that form the framework of principlism, and understand what it means for these principles to be prima facie
