The Defamation Act 2013

There has been an enormous amount of discussion online about the Defamation Act 2013. It is worth taking the time to have a look at some of the commentary, though you should be aware of who is writing (the debate was very polarised and not all comments will be impartial) and when the person is writing as the law changed during the legislative process.
