Article 45 TFEU; Art 45 1: principle of free movement for workers; Art 45 2: no discrimination on grounds of nationality Art 45 3: subject to limitations, this entails the right to: accept o¬ffers of employment; move freely within the territory of the Member States for this purpose; stay in a Member State for the purpose of employment; remain in a Member State after having been employed there; Art 45 4: public service exception. Secondary legislation includes regulation and directive. Regulation 492 slash 11 includes Equal access to employment; Equal treatment in employment. Directive 2004 slash 38 includes right to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States.
