Rights includes Right to exit and enter: Arts 4 to 5; Right of residence for up to three months: Art 6; Right of residence for more than three months: Art 7; Right of permanent residence: Arts 16 to 18; Subject to limitations on grounds of public policy, public security, or public health. Non-discrimination and beyond includes Arts 18 to 25.
