Question 1
Complete the Directions Questionnaire (DQ) for the claimant in each of the two case studies. When completing the form consider whether the defendant (in each of the case studies) would be likely to agree the order sought or may seek to ask for a different order. (You do not need to complete the DQ for the defendant).
Question 2
Prepare a suitable directions order that you feel the claimant could seek from the court for each of the two case studies.
