Go to the website and read the article. The article contains a checklist and screening matrix to evaluate the process used to develop an international business proposal and not so much the proposal itself or the degree of confidence it inspires. It is a tool to assist a firm to evaluate if it needs to expand its focus and options in the strategy process.

  • How can assumptions influence the decision process?
  • How can overconfidence influence the decision process?
